Perfumes Los Angeles had built a loyal reseller base over 25 years. But they lacked a system for talking to them at the moments that drove revenue.

I architected nine email/SMS automations to meet customers at each moment: Cart Abandon, Checkout Abandon, Site Abandon, Browse Abandon, Post-Purchase, Review Request, Replenishment Reminder, Winback, and Sunset.

In 4 months, the flows alone drove $33,558 in new revenue—a line item that didn’t exist before.

The system now compounds every week, with continuous subject-line testing and winning variants rolling forward across the architecture (Cart Abandon variants seen here—created in Claude Design).
