I architected nine email/SMS automations to meet customers at the right time: Cart Abandon, Checkout Abandon, Site Abandon, Browse Abandon, Post-Purchase, Review Request, Replenishment Reminder, Winback, and Sunset.
In 4 months, the flows drove $33,558 in new revenue—a line item that didn’t exist before.
After some Phase 2 improvements, the Checkout flow alone generated $12k in just 11 days.
